1. About Us and Acceptance of Terms

The website https://pscquizmaster.com and the PSC Quiz Master mobile applications (together, the "Platform") are a digital product owned and operated by ATHLAAYA DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES ("we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship firm owned by RATHEESH KUMAR MT, registered as a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME / Udyam), Government of India, with its place of business at Building No. 12-302/M, Maravanchery,Ayankalam - 679582.

By opening, browsing, registering on, or buying a plan on the Platform, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services Offered

We provide digital educational content: mock tests, practice question banks, previous years' question papers and study material for candidates preparing for Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) examinations and Departmental Tests (for example, Manual of Office Procedure, Kerala Service Rules, Kerala Financial Code and Kerala Treasury Code). All products are delivered online. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Purchases may only be made by a person legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. User Accounts & Security

• You must give accurate, current and complete information when you register (name, mobile number, email address).
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Each subscription is for a single user. Sharing an account is not allowed. Concurrent sessions or unusual usage may lead to suspension without refund.

5. Pricing, Plans & Payments

• All prices on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
• We offer free starter content and paid plans. Each paid plan is a one-time purchase for the validity period shown on the plan (for example 90 days or 1 year). Plans do not renew automatically and we never debit your account on a recurring basis.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and banking passwords are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.
• A plan is activated only after the payment gateway confirms the payment. If your account is debited but the plan is not activated, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
• Coupons and discounts are valid only as stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time before use.

6. Delivery of Services

Paid content is unlocked on your account, on the website and the app, as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. Details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Use

• Copying, recording, scraping or extracting question banks or any other content.
• Sharing login details or paid access with others, or reselling access.
• Trying to bypass locks, payments or any security feature.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including chargeback fraud.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Fees for a suspended account are not refunded.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All questions, solutions, study guides, software, designs, trademarks and other content on the Platform belong to ATHLAAYA DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES or its licensors. You may use them only for your own personal study. You may not copy, record, resell, distribute or publish any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We work to keep our content accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free, that practice tests will match real examination questions, or any particular examination result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss from using or being unable to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
