Privacy Policy

All quiz content is for practice and educational purposes only. Please refer to official government sources for authoritative information about any public examination.

Information you give us:

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email address and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
• Support messages and refund requests you send us.

Information collected automatically:

• Your device's IP address, device type, operating system and app version.
• A device identifier and push-notification token, used to keep you signed in and send notifications.
• Your usage of the Application: tests attempted, answers, scores, pages visited and time spent.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or SMS messages.

Payments for paid plans are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. You enter your card, UPI, net-banking or wallet details directly on Razorpay's secure checkout. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, expiry date, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

From Razorpay we receive only what we need to activate and account for your purchase: the order ID, payment ID, amount, currency, payment status, payment method type (for example "UPI" or "card") and the time of payment. Razorpay's handling of your data is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To deliver the tests and study material you use, and to show your scores and progress.
• To process purchases, activate plans, issue refunds and keep transaction records.
• To answer your support requests and send service messages (for example payment confirmations, plan expiry reminders and important notices).
• To send updates about new tests or offers. You can opt out of these at any time.
• To prevent fraud and account sharing, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

• Razorpay, to process your payments and refunds.
• Google Firebase, for sign-in and push notifications.
• Our hosting and email providers, who store or send data only on our instructions.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

The website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember your session. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser may stop sign-in from working.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except payment and invoice records, which we must keep for the period required by Indian tax and accounting laws (generally up to 8 years).

• See the personal data we hold about you, and correct it if it is wrong.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.
• Delete your account and personal data. You can do this from the app, or through our Delete Account page.
• Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see below).

You can also stop all data collection by the app at any time by uninstalling it.

The Application is meant for exam candidates and government employees and is not directed at children. Users under 18 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and may not make purchases themselves. If we learn that we have collected personal data of a child without such consent, we will delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us for this.

We protect your data with HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. Payment details are handled only by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you about any breach as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Application after a change means you accept the updated policy.
