1. How Your Purchase Is Delivered

• Your plan is delivered by activating it on the account you used to buy it.
• The purchased content unlocks on both the website https://pscquizmaster.com and the PSC Quiz Master mobile app when you sign in with that account.
• A confirmation of the payment is shown on screen and sent by the payment gateway to the email or mobile number you entered at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

• Access is normally activated instantly, within a few minutes of a successful payment.
• In rare cases, such as a delayed confirmation from your bank, activation can take up to 24 hours.
• If your plan is not active 24 hours after a successful payment, contact us with your payment ID. If we cannot activate it, you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Validity of Access

Access lasts for the validity period shown on the plan at the time of purchase, counted from the date of activation. You can see the expiry date of each plan under Subscriptions in your account.

4. Service Area

Our services are available online to users anywhere, and all prices are charged in Indian Rupees (₹). You need an internet connection and a supported web browser or Android device.
